THROUGH THE NFEF
SCHOLARSHIP
OPPORTUNITY
The University of North Dakota
is pleased to offer a scholarship
opportunity once again for
foodservice managers desiring
to further their education and
career potential by becoming a
CDM, CFPP.
A variety of grants are offered for
foodservice professionals through the
NFEF and supporting partners.
Member Dues and Certification Fees
Grant-ANFP certified members
experiencing financial difficulties
that prevent them from paying their
annual membership and certification
dues are invited to apply for a dues
grant. This one-time grant covers
ANFP membership and CDM, CFPP
certification fees. Dues grants are
awarded to current, active ANFP
members with a CDM, CFPP credential
in good standing. Applications for
dues grants opened June 1 and will
close July 15. Award decisions will be
made July 31.

Disaster Relief Grant-These grants
are awarded on a first-come-firstserved
basis and cover membership
dues and certification fees for 2024-25
to ANFP members who reside or work
in a disaster area. Disasters must be
federally declared, and must have
occurred during ANFP's annual dues
season: June 1, 2024 - September 30,
2024. Applications for this grant will
be accepted through October 31, 2024.

Regional Meeting Grant: Springfield,
MA-The Regional Meeting grant will
pay for the recipient's registration for
the Springfield, Mass. meeting on Sept.
18-19.
Fall CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam
Grant-These grants cover the CDM,
CFPP Credentialing Exam registration
fees in the amount of $425.
Performance Foodservice CDM, CFPP
Credentialing Exam Preparation
Grant-These grants will be awarded
to candidates pursuing the CDM, CFPP
credential. The grant covers the cost of
certification exam study materials up
to $225.
Hormel Health Labs Student Grant-
These grants award students accepted
into (or currently enrolled in) an
ANFP-approved training program.
The grant recipients will receive up to
$600 to cover tuition and fees and a
credit of $425 to cover the CDM, CFPP
Credentialing Exam registration fees.
