industry is facing continual threats

and attention. By incorporating
technology into the everyday
operations, managers can see
improved food safety and efficiency.
Tech cannot eliminate every challenge
dining operator's face, but it can ease
the pressure of gaining access to data
at all points in the food life cycle, and
evaluate risk components to focus on
