challenging times to meet the needs of
your facility's residents. Staffing shortages
are causing unsustainable demands on
CDM, CFPPs without any relief in sight.

I recently appointed a group of past
ANFP Chairs to serve on an ANFP
Bylaws Review Task Force. It's important
that we do a regular review of our
organizational bylaws, and this group
will be conducting a thorough analysis of
our governing documents to ensure that
any needed updates are identified and
presented for approval. Thank you to each
Past ANFP Chair that took the time to
once again volunteer for our organization!
They are a great example of the team
of we; through their work we will be
better positioned for the future. I'll keep
you posted in the months ahead of any
proposed changes that will be presented
to the membership for approval.

The holiday season will be here in a flash,
and as we prepare for Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and
other celebrations let me be the first to say
Happy Holidays. The sunlight becomes
shorter as the days pass, yet our daily
challenges remain steadfast. Remember
that there are 15,000 other ANFP
members who share that same feeling
and we are all in this together. Please
find some you time during this season, if
for nothing other than enjoying a cup of
eggnog or a gingerbread cookie. Take that
time and smell the cinnamon before you
jump back into your daily routine.
Wishing the entire ANFP family,
members, staff, and our valued Corporate
Partners holiday cheer, good health,
and some much-needed relaxation! I'm
looking forward to how much more the
team of we can accomplish as we push
forward together. E
