medical appointments have your
managers endured? How often do
they cover shifts so that their team
members can attend their very own?
We need to stop expecting them to
selflessly give instead of receiving.
Ensuring that our leaders follow
through and attend medical and
mental health appointments will pay
dividends in not just their personal
well-being, but also their ability to
feel stable and well cared for on the
job as they lead your team. Pro-tip:
scheduling appointments on the same
day of the week, or the late afternoon,
can help ensure that extra coverage
can be proactively scheduled and
available.
