Olaf Vögele has been
working in the sun protection
industry for almost 36 years
and has passed through
several professional stations.
Starting as the operations
manager of a medium-sized
company, he works as a technical expert (surveyor)
for sun shading and gates throughout Europe. In
addition, he is editor for the industry magazine
GLASWELT and an internationally active speaker
for training courses and lectures. Through constant
participation in various technical committees of
national and international industry associations, he
keeps up to date with the latest technical standards.

Anders Hall
Shade Academy | ES-SO
(European Solar Shading
Organization)
Anders started in the sun
shading industry in 1995
as a sales representative
for Hunter Douglas. In
2001, he moved to Somfy
as Sales Manager Commercial Buildings and as of
2014 served as International Business Development
Manager. In parallel, he became active in ES-SO
(European Solar Shading Organization) in 2006.
Since 2012 Anders has been a board member and
chairman of the marketing committee and from 2020
elected president of ES-SO. He officially retired in
April 2022, but will continue to work for ES-SO and
started The Shade Academy, offering online training,
live training, seminars and consulting.
