hard part: How are you going to spend your time at Geotechnical Frontiers
2025? There are so many choices, including 10 simultaneous classrooms and more
than 200 exhibitors! What better tool to help you with planning than the full schedule?

all the details. Below are some highlights you won't want to miss.
Short Courses
Coming on Sunday? Knock out some of those PDH requirements with one of eight
Short Courses. These in-depth classes feature small group learning and vary from
four to eight hours in duration.
Plenary Sessions and GeoPIT Talks
You can't go wrong with a stop in the general session room at Geotechnical Frontiers,
where seven Plenary Sessions bring you the most influential lecturers in the
industry. For a bit of fun, morning Plenary Sessions will be followed by GeoPIT
Talks. These 12-minute talks are selected to be interesting, entertaining, out-ofthe-box
and generally non-technical.
Special Sessions
These 90-minute sessions are a mix of panel discussions and lectures. They feature
a deep dive into a single topic and many are organized by supporting organizations.
Women in Geosynthetics Round Table
A regular part of the Geosynthetics Conference, we are excited to have the Women
in Geosynthetics Round Table session available at Geotechnical Frontiers! And it is
not limited to just females in geosynthetics; if you are a woman in the geotechnical
industry, you are welcome to attend.
Opening Reception/Exhibits
During this popular event, attendees enjoy drinks and appetizers while connecting
with colleagues, old and new, and exploring the extensive exhibit hall. Plan to come
back several times during the week to check out all 200+ exhibitors.
Student Competitions
The conference offers opportunities to watch the lively Student Competitions,
including the Wall and Student Posters. Come prepared to cheer on your favorites!
Louisville Slugger Museum
Monday evening features an exciting offsite event at the Slugger Museum. This
add-on activity includes a reception and access to this iconic museum. G

Control Association's Annual Expo in Reno,
