Construction Supplies
Core & Main Inc., a leading specialized
distributor of water, wastewater, storm
drainage and fire protection products
and related services, has entered into a
definitive agreement to acquire substantially
all of the assets of Landscape &
Construction Supplies LLC, a full-service
provider of geosynthetics products,
with two locations in the Chicago area.
Since opening in 2004, Landscape &
Construction Supplies has built a reputation
for being a quality producer of silt
fence and a reliable supplier of geosynthetics,
erosion control products and
drainage materials. The company serves
customers in more than 15 states with
quality services and products.
Wrekin Products reflects
on geosynthetics success,
announces appointments
Wrekin Products Ltd. has appointed Dave
Sanders as head of technical sales. Sanders
first joined the company in 2016 as a
regional sales manager and, after a period
away from the business, returned in 2021
as senior national contracts manager. His
new position will see him working more
closely with local authorities and water
companies across the country. Wrekin
has also appointed Ricky Hasprey as its
new sales director, dedicated to supporting
merchant partnerships and closer
customer service collaboration. He will
be responsible for the strategic management
of U.K. sales to help sustain and
grow new and existing opportunities for
the manufacturer. With more than 15
years of experience in sales within the
engineering sector, Hasprey is well placed
to lead the division and put his unique
stamp on how the business engages with
its partners.
Geogreen Solutions
becomes ABG Installs
ABG's specialist geosynthetic installations
business is now trading under the
new name of ABG Installs. The installations
company was originally established
as Geogreen Solutions back in 2015, but
to better reflect its position within the
ABG group of companies, the new trading
name will be used going forward. The
company information for the installation
business is now included under the
main ABG Geosynthetics website, abggeosynthetics.com/abg-installs/,
and the
Geogreen email addresses will change to
the @abgltd.com format. The same green
and blue roof, earth retaining walls and
podium landscaping installations and
contracting team also remain in place
under the new name. G
