Stainless-steel hardware
Stainless-steel hardware:
* No lacquer protective coating required
* For all door-material types
* Traditional bronze also available
Hardware for the company's balanced doors is available in stainless steel. Manufactured
with #316L alloy stainless steel, the material does not require a lacquer protective coating
and is said to not tarnish over time. The hardware can be used on all door-material types:
stainless steel for a matching finish, extruded aluminum (painted or anodized), wood, or
bronze for a contrasting look. Traditional-colored bronze balanced hardware is still available
for use on any door where a bronze finish is desired.

Pull-handle casement
An ADA-compliant, pull-handle casement window can
reach 34-in. in width and 103 lb. and can be customized
in these ranges. The multipoint hardware is available
in a variety of finishes, which include oil-rubbed bronze,
natural nickel, brush finish, and satin nickel. The
handle includes a multi-lock system that eliminates the
need for a top handle, while still providing maximum
performance. The handle is located at the bottom of the
window and is therefore accessible from a wheelchair.

Exterior-color options
An exterior-color program for the 1600 series replacement
window line includes almond, black, bronze, clay, cocoa,
cream, forest green, and silver. The coating is heat sealed
onto the window to reportedly resist cracking, peeling, and
fading. Grids and screens match the windows.

unites bird-friendly, acid-etched patterns with
high-performance, solar-control low-e coatings.
Available on clear and ultra-clear Starphire

Integrated hinges
Unigear integrated door hinges are said to dissipate kickback and
impact shock while maintaining a smooth door swing. The hinges
spread stress along the full length of the
door and frame. Made of heavy-gauge
aluminum alloy with self-lubricating
Delrin support blocks, the hinges
can be used for new or retrofit
installations with fire-rated options
for doors to 9 ft.

High-speed doors
With a reported opening speed of 60 in./sec., the Spiral door
minimizes energy loss while maximizing traffic flow. The
door's aluminum slats have a rubber-membrane covering connecting hinges to contain energy and prevent air infiltration. A
System 4 controller provides an energy-efficient speed curve
for smooth motion and soft starting and stopping.
