elcome to Boulder County's new resource guide: a snapshot of the
Boulder County Government's services, staff, and volunteers, and
a great way to find out about your county government.
The Boulder County Government is committed to providing the best in public
service for all Boulder County residents - including everyone in the county's
cities, towns, and unincorporated areas.
In this guide, you'll find details of the amazing work taking place throughout the
county. We weren't able to highlight everything, so we hope you'll visit our website,
sign up for our emails, and follow our social media to receive our latest news.
We know from speaking to residents that it can be confusing about what
services the cities and towns offer and what services the county provides, which
is why we've included articles that bring alive the work of the county through the
experiences of staff, residents, and volunteers, as well as descriptions of services
and how to access them.
As commissioners, we represent all Boulder County residents, alongside the
county's other elected officials. The commissioners' current strategic priorities
reflect our values and include: economic security and stability, climate action
and environmental stewardship, and good governance. Underpinning all of this
work is the belief that good governance is impossible without racial equity.
