Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP)
CCAP helps low-income families by paying part of their child care costs for children up to
age 12. Eligible families contribute to the costs based on their income and family size.

Personal Finance Program
The Personal Finance Program offers free, private counseling for managing money, housing,
and employment, and it is open to all income levels. Experts help clients set and achieve life
goals, covering topics like homeownership and student loans.

Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND) and Aid to the Blind (AB)
The AND and AB programs offer financial help (up to $200 per month) to low-income
Colorado residents aged 18 to 59 who cannot work due to a disability lasting at least six
months. These programs aim to provide temporary financial support while waiting for
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) approval, without covering medical costs. The amount
may be adjusted based on other income.

Old Age Pension (OAP)
OAP provides financial assistance and, in some cases, medical benefits for older persons
with limited income and resources. Eligibility and the benefit amount are based upon each
individual's financial situation.
