Health Coverage Enrollment Center
During Open Enrollment (Nov. 1-Jan. 15), certified Health Coverage Guides assist clients in
choosing and enrolling in the right health plan. If you experience a major life event. like job
loss, marriage, or a new baby, this team can help you switch plans anytime. Advice is free,
impartial, and available in multiple languages.

Health First Colorado (HFC)
HFC, Colorado's Medicaid program, is free or low-cost health care for Colorado children and
adults who qualify. Applications are accepted anytime during the year through Colorado PEAK.

Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)
CHP+ is low-cost health insurance for certain children and pregnant women in households
that earn too much to qualify for Health First Colorado, but don't earn enough to pay for
private insurance. Applications are accepted anytime during the year through Colorado PEAK.

OmniSalud
Free or low-cost health insurance for undocumented Coloradans. Open enrollment begins
November 1 and ends when capacity is reached.
