Recycling Center & Drop Off
Open 24/7 to accept single-stream recyclables like cans, paper, cardboard, glass, and
plastics. Also accepts shredded paper. Free for all residents.

Hazardous Waste Management Facility (HMMF)
Accepts household hazardous waste for proper disposal. Free for Boulder County,
Broomfield County, and Town of Erie residents. Facility also open for others outside of
Boulder County for a fee. Businesses can use facility after applying.

Waste Transfer Stations
Free recycling, trash, and composting drop-off centers located in Nederland and
Allenspark. Other materials also accepted for a fee, like scrap metal, appliances, and
construction materials.
