The newly installed artificial turf will allow uninterrupted use during various weather conditions. New features, including in-ground trampolines, rolling hills for small children, and new tables have been installed for families to relax and unwind in the middle of Historic Downtown Baytown. DUKE HILL 1400 RIGGS ST. ROSELAND PARK CLUBHOUSE 100 ROSELAND DR. Duke Hill Park is set to have a 9-hole disc golf course installed with updated playground equipment, along with a refreshed basketball court and soccer pitch. The clubhouse at Roseland Park is scheduled for completion in Spring 2023.
