GYMNASTICS
The Cobb Gymnastics program provides a
range of instructional classes for both boys
and girls aged 3 through adult. Whether you
are a beginner looking to start learning
gymnastics or an advanced individual
aiming to enhance your skills, there is a
suitable class for you.
For Pre-School, Boys, Girls, and students, it
is essential to meet the MINIMUM AGE
requirements for registration by the session
age control dates. Some levels may require
placement by an instructor, and students
must achieve the necessary skills to
progress to a higher level.
Pre-School Classes
Tumble Tots
Tumble Tots is a program for 2 to 3.5-yearolds
to engage in fun activities that aid in
motor skills, coordination, and social
interaction. Children can enjoy, learn, and
bond with caregivers.
Tumble Kids
Tumble Kids Gymnastics is designed for
children aged 3 to 5. Kids enhance their
loco-motor, social, and listening skills by
engaging in a range of enjoyable gymnastics
activities during the 45-minute class.
Boys & Girls Gymnastics Classes
This class provides introductory skills at a
beginner level for various apparatus:
Floor: rolls, handstands, and cartwheels
Pommel Horse: mounts, basic supports,
and swings
High Bar: Mounts, pull overs, hangs, and
casts
Parallel
Bars: Mounts,
conditioning, dismounts
Rings: Supports, swings, technique,
conditioning, dismounts
Vault: board drills and running
Speciality Gymnastics Classes
Cheer/Tumbling
The class teaches cheerleading tumbling
skills and jumps to girls and boys, focusing
on skills like back handsprings and tucks. It
aims to create a supportive environment for
skill improvement and confidence building,
catering to beginners and experienced
cheerleaders alike.
