Join our low-impact workout class for a mid-high intensity workout that elevates your heart rate, tones muscles, strengthens your body,
and provides stretching, all while being gentle on your joints.
Our deep water workout offers a joint-friendly and challenging way to burn calories and tone your body. Taught in a pool with a depth of
over 6ft, it's a unique workout experience.
This non-aerobic pool workout is gentle on joints and follows the American Arthritis Association guidelines. No impact means no
rebounding off the pool bottom.
Join our deep-water workout class to strengthen joints and build muscle without cardio stress. The class takes place in the deep side of
the instructional pool to maximize your workout.
Join a low-impact workout class that incorporates light aerobics to enhance range of motion, balance, joint mobility, and endurance
while having fun!
