Vial Trays, Soft Gel Drying Trays and Storage Boxes
Vial trays, soft gel drying trays and storage boxes are safe for autoclave, ETO, lyophilization and gamma sterilization
processes. The core formulations used to manufacture these trays exceed the demanding use and storage requirements
in the clinical marketplace. Products are designed to be cleanable and easy to disinfect. These trays can be used in
continuous temperatures ranging from -60° to 250 degrees F (-51 to 121 degrees C) and are resistant to oils, solvents,
greases, and mild acids as well as alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 to 10.0. MFG produces an inherently
strong and dimensionally stable tray that will not bend, dent, or sag under heavy loads. The durability of composites
translates into years of dependable performance. All materials used in the construction of these products are listed
in USFDA Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21.

Automatic Vial Format Change System
The Smart Format system allows for the transportation of vials using a mobile platform that is configured to fit a wide
range of vial sizes during the freeze-drying loading and unloading process. Smart Format reduces manual operations
inside the aseptic area, while removing the risks of cross-contamination in the pharmaceutical manufacturing
process. Designed to automatically adjust the conveyor width to the vial size, this system is made up of different
modules that interact and connect various blocks of transition, straight sections, and corners that can be combined
in any possible way to form a complete loading and unloading line. With a setting range between 2R and 100R, the
Smart Format system acts with precision, based on a mechanism that transforms the rotary movement into a linear
motion, actuators and the guiding system are mounted below the conveyor structure.
