Terms and Conditions
Orders placed directly with the factory are due and payable net 30 days. The F.O.B. point is our factory in Goodyear, Arizona, and shipments are freight collect or 3rd party billing. The minimum
order amount is $100.00 net, and all cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the original order amount.
"Quick Ship" five-to-ten-day shipments will ship on or before the 10th working day ARO. Change orders received after 48 hours will not be accepted on five-day shipment orders. Quick Ship is
subject to availability.
Shipment
In order to achieve the most economical cost for the transportation of your work stations, the product is shipped K.D.F. (knocked down freight), which means that it will arrive disassembled
and palletized ready for assembly.
Damage in Transit
For your protection, examine each shipment carefully for external damage. If there is any evidence of damage or shortage in transit, insist that the delivery carrier make appropriate notation
on the freight bill before you sign anything. If, after receipt, any internal (or concealed) damage is discovered, immediately notify the carrier and request an inspection report to support
your claim. Claims for damage or shortage in transit must be filed with the delivery carrier. IAC industries will not accept any return of merchandise that has been damaged in transit.
YOUR RECOURSE IS WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER.
Packaging
Our packaging does not contain ODC's.

Return Merchandise
No goods are to be returned to IAC Industries without written factory authorization. A handling charge of 25% or $50.00, whichever is greater, will be charged on all merchandise returned.
Specifications
IAC Industries reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in color, prices, materials, equipment,
specifications, and models. Although every effort has been made to insure the accuracy of all information contained in this brochure, IAC Industries cannot be held responsible for any omissions
or errors in printing. Please check with your local IAC representative, or contact the factory direct, for the most complete and up-to-date information before ordering.
Warranty
IAC Industries' products are warranted to the original user to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship, given normal use and care, for a period of ten (10) years of single shift
service, from the date of purchase.
With the exceptions noted below, IAC Industries, at its option, will repair or replace any product or part thereof which fails as a result of such a defect during the following warranty periods.
(Pro-rated for multi-shift use.)

All IAC Industries' products (except as noted) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Ten years

Operating components, functional mechanisms, high-wear
parts such as chair pneumatic cylinders and casters . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Five years

Textiles, covering materials, foam, finishes, exposed wood, fabrics, laminates,
electrical components, and bench height adjustment cylinders and components . . . . . . One year

Exclusion - HEPA filters (all HEPA filters are inspected, installed, and
tested at the factory and are certified to meet Federal Standard 209E).

Wood or wood/metal framed products

Two years

This warranty is limited to the replacement and/or repair only, of such defective part(s) authorized in writing to be returned to IAC Industries with transportation charges and costs prepaid by
the purchaser, and provided that examination by IAC Industries discloses such defect. In no way shall IAC Industries be responsible for any damage caused by the carrier, abuse, negligence,
misuse, user modifications, or customer's material. IAC Industries does not warrant the matching of color, grain, or texture.
Options, component parts, and laminates not manufactured by IAC Industries are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty.
IAC Industries will not accept unauthorized charges for expenses (i.e. labor and freight) incurred by the customer. Products which have been repaired or altered by anyone other than IAC
Industries; or without IAC Industries' written authorization; or in IAC Industries' judgment have been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident; or use outside specifications by purchases; or others
are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any other obligations or liability
on the part of IAC Industries.
