Hospital Days at
New London Hospital
The 97th Annual Hospital Days event was one to remember,
with New London's community spirit on full display. The event,
held August 3-5, raised more than $115,000 for Hematology/
Oncology Infusion Services, which provides compassionate
and personalized care to community members living with
cancer, blood disorders and other conditions.
New London Hospital's Karen Beinhaur, CNO, and Tom Manion, president and
CEO, carry the banner with the parade's theme, " A Storybook Celebration, "
inspired by Tomie dePaola, New London's very own literary legend.
Hundreds of people from surrounding communities turned out for the parade.
