The Village is located in the centre of the Kawartha Lakes between Lake Ontario on the East and Georgian Bay on the West. In fact, it is the first major centre for shopping and dining, east of Lake Simcoe! In 2010, an additional new concrete dock was constructed in the Village, beside Lock #34 and proved to be a very popular spot for boaters to tie up this past summer. In February of 2011, a second expansion will take place, thus creating a total of 530
