Baby boomers make up a large segment of Canada’s population. Close to one in three Canadians are between the ages of 45 to 65. An active bunch, baby boomers are always looking for new ways to maintain their health and prolong their youth. The symposium will feature some well-known speakers who will share the most updated nutrition information on the market. The goal is to provide health professionals with current scientific evidence that supports milk products’ role in maintaining optimal health as one ages.
