Director's Note
The Ontario Society of Professional Engineers
(OSPE) envisions a diverse and inclusive
profession where engineers can be bold,
courageous and respected leaders. We see
engineers as professionals who collaborate with
government, industry and academia to solve
Ontario's problems with evidence-based and
innovative solutions.

our flagship events and traditional/digital
communication channels are an ideal way to
connect with our educated and diverse community
made up of engineering students, accomplished

In 2022, we will be hosting National Engineering
Month in March, bringing back our OSPE Golf
Classic Tournament in May, hosting The Future of
Engineering in the Fall, the Ontario Professional
Engineering Award Gala in November, providing
many ways to engage the engineering profession.
OSPE's Ontario Engineering Academy (OEA) is the
leading provider of Professional Development and
Career Services for the engineering community in
Ontario. We offer a wide variety of courses in
different learning streams for all your technical and
non technical staff. We also offer Virtual
Engineering Employment Events (VE3s) alongside
a targeted Career Centre that can easily help you
attract the high-caliber talent
you need.
