When you partner with us, having your own portal on OSPE's LMS is the best of both worlds:
* You decide what content is required. Our catalogue includes technical options targeted at the
engineering profession as well as non-technical topics, which means you can support the development
of your entire staff. Having your own learning portal can be a key component of your employee
development strategy.
* The Ontario Engineering Academy handles the learning administration. Your company realizes the
benefits of online learning and administration, without having to invest in your own LMS or commit
personnel to its management. We make sure the content you need is there and that your learners have
access.
* Training information is stored all in one place. No matter where your employees complete their
training, they can track their continuing professional development in one convenient place. The system
will automatically record any OEA training, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions. Users can
also manually enter data of other professional development activities that occur outside of the OEA
learning environment. When it's time to submit the information, learners can download their training
records, which will include progress that they've manually entered.
