OSPE's 2021
Election
T
he engineers who are elected to OSPE's Board of Directors are
committed to ensuring that your profession is headed in the
right direction - a direction where your work is valued, and
your voice heard.
The Society encourages all professional and associate members
to consider running for a seat on our Board. OSPE will be holding its
annual Board of Directors election in the spring of 2021.
The Call for Nominations will open for members at large on January
4, 2021 and all nominations must be received by January 29, 2021.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT,
WHILE MAKING A DIFFERENCE
EWB works with a variety of social ventures and partners
in Sub Saharan Africa to help tackle the root causes of
inequality and poverty. The current COVID-19 pandemic has
greatly affected social enterprises in the region, and as a
response EWB has launched a Virtual Talent xChange.
This volunteer program aims to match bright Canadian
talent with the needs of our ventures, remotely. We are
looking for motivated, and passionate individuals with
diverse expertise and backgrounds who are looking to
develop skills in global thinking, project management,
monitoring and evaluation, cross-cultural communications,
and advocacy.
