Nursing ’85, received an honorary doctorate from Humber College last June in recognition of her work as a street nurse and social justice advocate. Her work has focused on health issues affecting homeless people including shelter conditions and inadequate housing, the return of tuberculosis and bedbugs, and discrimination and a high 80s [2] Cathy Crowe, 2 street nurse and social justice advocate Cathy Crowe.
