LETTER FROM THE EDITOR

A dedicated research facility opened on campus this year—the first one in the university’s history. Read our cover story to find out how researchers are collaborating at the Centre for Urban Innovation to solve complex urban problems. The centre also houses two startup zones—the Clean Energy Zone, and the Science Discovery Zone, the only incubator in the GTA with a chemistry lab, where more than 40 companies are in development.
