project to develop practical solutions to resolve the issue of
"unzipping" of p-y springs in strong rock.
* Developing white papers on practical aspects of pile head
fixity and p-y curves.
* Revising the Seismic and Lateral Load Design Guide.

* Exploring opportunities to study long-term performance and
aging of cutoff walls.
