* Developing a webinar module for the DFI Testing and
Evaluation Committee's ITS Money (Increased Testing Saves
Money) series, which will highlight the cost-saving benefits
of appropriate subsurface characterization.
* Organizing panel sessions at upcoming DFI conferences for
discussion of Geotechnical Baseline Reports (GBRs) in the
deep foundation industry, which will include a variety of
stakeholders, including contractors, owners and consultants.

* Initiated the ITS Money (Increased Testing Saves Money)
webinar series on October 2 and December 4, 2019. Future
webinars in the series to be held in 2020 on the first
Wednesday of even numbered months.
* Organized a workshop on dynamic soil testing methods at
SuperPile '19 in Seattle. The 2nd workshop is planned for
SuperPile '20 in St. Louis, Missouri.

* Exploring a workshop at an upcoming DFI event for
geophysicists and geotechnical engineers to discuss
standardization of geophysics data and how to better
communicate related information to owners.

* Cooperated with DFI Europe on a one-day seminar on pile
integrity testing of deep foundations. A similar seminar on
load testing of deep foundations will be held in fall 2020.

Sustainability

* Preparing a series of videos on foundation testing methods for
nonpractitioners, including static load testing (published 2018),
high-strain dynamic testing and low-strain dynamic testing.

paper on terminology and evaluation criteria of crosshole
sonic logging (CSL).
