The program is available for the joint DFI-COPRI online
seminar, being held April 14-15, 2021. Each day includes 4
hours of presentations and discussion on policy, innovations
and challenges in design and construction of port and coastal
projects. Representatives from government organizations,
engineering companies and contractors will deliver presentations on project planning, codes, environmental issues,
foundation techniques and more. Registration is open - and all
COPRI chapters are encouraged to attend the online seminar.

The 15th annual SuperPile Conference is taking place June
23-25, 2021, at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown hotel.
This 3-day event includes presentations on the latest
developments in augered cast-in-place/drilled displacement
piles, drilled shafts, driven piles, ground improvement,
helical piles and tiebacks, marine foundations, micropiles,
seismic and lateral loads, and testing and evaluation of
foundation systems. Conference highlights include DFI
technical committee meetings; exhibits with more than 75
manufacturers, suppliers and service providers; and the
Women in Deep Foundations networking reception.

S3: Slopes, Slides and Stabilization
Registration opens late in March for S3: Slopes, Slides and
Stabilization, being held at the Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco,
August 3-5, 2021. The 2.5-day conference, organized by nine
DFI technical committees, focuses on effective application of
deep foundations, ground improvement, and soil mixing for
stabilization of slopes and excavation support.

Deep Mixing 2021 is now being held online as six sessions in
three consecutive weeks, Tuesday and Thursdays, starting
June 1. The technical program includes presentations on all
aspects of current deep mixing technology and research, and
provides a forum for discussion with stakeholders, including
contractors, engineers, researchers, equipment and material
suppliers, and owners. Registrants will receive access to the
proceedings before the conference to read papers ahead of time
and be prepared to interact with speakers and panels.

Conference 2021

NEW DATES
The DFI-PFSF Piling & Ground Improvement Conference has
been rescheduled, and will be held February 23-25, 2022, at
International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. This
conference is intended to promote all aspects of deep
foundations, earth retention and ground improvement works.
Sessions will cover design, testing, construction, ground
improvement, risk and project delivery practices, challenging
project case studies, and developments and innovations.

Registration opens in the first quarter of the year for SuperPile
'21, a piling design and construction conference being hosted
by DFI in partnership with ADSC.
