BG23H w/ Single Pass Extreme (SPEX) is a modification for certain members of the BAUER BG line of foundation drilling rigs. It features a flexible mast concept, a lattice mast extension for deeper drilling, and a Vario-mast head for increased stroke. When equipped with SPEX, the BG23H can acheive a new max drilling depth of 83 feet (a 13-ft improvement).
