officer who served as interim
CFO after the departure of
Derrick West in November.

Trulieve Hires New CFO
Florida-based marijuana
multistate operator Trulieve
Cannabis hired Wes Getman as
its new chief financial officer,
effective Jan. 1.
Getman worked in accounting
and finance for 25 years at
companies such as Blue Bird
Corp., Grant Thornton and
PricewaterhouseCoopers,
according to a news release.
Before his move to Trulieve,
Getman was a partner
at business management
consultancy WilliamsMarston,
according to regulatory filings.

and now is the global head of
product insights and foresights
at Nicoventure, a London-based
company set up in 2010 by British
American Tobacco to explore
the development and commercialization
of non-tobacco nicotine

She also currently is head of
strategy and foresights at BAT,
which she joined in October
2018, working on-site from the
company's Montreal office.

Lowell Farms Taps
Schniedwind as CFO
California-based marijuana
brand Lowell Farms promoted
Jamie Schniedwind as its chief
financial officer, effective Feb. 16.
He replaces Tessa O'Dowd, who
served as interim CFO.
Schniedwind joined the
company in June 2022 as
director of financial planning
and analysis, a role in which
he created internal financial
reporting cycles, established
SQL-based dashboards for realtime
financial visibility and led
the accounting team.
" Jamie has been a key part of
the Lowell team for the past two
years and has worked alongside
the finance team to implement
crucial processes as well as drive
efficiencies company-wide. " said
CEO Mark Ainsworth.
Before joining Lowell Farms.
Schniedwind was senior
financial analyst for cannabis
brand Plus Products, where he
managed financial reporting,
performed audits and led the
forecasting and budgeting
process. Previously, he was
a senior auditor at Ernst &
Young.
