The judge on June 20 ordered the dispensary to sell or dispose of all inventory by July 11, the Arkansas Advocate reported. The Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) had voted on June 12 to retain a ruling to remove Green Springs' license, marking the first time Arkansas regulators have revoked an MMJ business license. The complaint against Green Springs highlighted multiple violations, including: * Failure to track inventory. * Missing products. * Improperly labeled goods. * Failure to maintain sanitary processing areas. * Sale of expired products. Green Springs owner Dragan Vicentic told local media outlets he didn't intentionally sell expired MMJ products and blamed incorrect or missing inventory on human error and moisture loss. He also denied the ABC's charges that the processing area was " unsanitary. " mjbizdaily.com | July-August 2024 19http://www.mjbizdaily.com
