Bright Green Corp., a Drug

business, appointed CEO
Groovy Singh to its board of
directors. Singh will continue
as CEO of Bright Green, which
is incorporated in Delaware
but maintains its operations in
Grants, New Mexico.
Singh joined Bright Green as
CEO in October. He co-founded
Glass House Brands, one of
California's largest cannabis
companies, where he was chief
marketing officer.
Since January 2022, Singh has
served as CEO of Peak Visory
Consulting. Before that, he was
chief marketing officer and chief
strategy officer at Pangea Global
Technology, an LED lighting
and smart wireless technology
company.
In 2012, Singh co-founded and
was managing director of SC
Investments. He also was principal
and managing director at
Sierra Westlink, a propertymanagement
and investment
company in Southeast Asia.
Current board member and
co-founder Lynn Stockwell was
announced as the new board
chair.
Singh and Stockwell's appointments
follow the resignation of
Terry Rafih as executive chair.

NCIA Adds Haskins
to Cultivation Panel
MWG Holdings Group, owner
and operator of Perfect Union,
a medical and recreational
cannabis company in California,
announced that Chelsea
Haskins, director of state and
local licensing at MWG and
Perfect Union, was selected
to join the National Cannabis
Industry Association's Cannabis
Cultivation Committee for the
2024 term.
Haskins' role on the committee
will be to influence the
development of fair cultivation
regulations and sustainability
procedures nationwide. She has
a wealth of experience in cultivation
applications, land use, environmental
clearance, sustainable
practices related to green energy
and compliance in cultivation.
Before joining MWG almost
four years ago, Haskins spent
four years as legal secretary for
the Shasta County (California)
hemp and psychedelics
industries, hired Zachary
Pavlosky as vice president of
investment banking.
The M&A specialist also has
worked at Alaris Acquisitions, LPL
Financial and Focus Investment
Banking.

Concentrates Company
Appoints Board Member
Alberta, Canada-based Simply
Solventless Concentrates
appointed veteran cannabis
executive Olen Vanderleeden to
its board of directors.
Vanderleeden was most
recently chief commercial officer
for Greentone Enterprises, a
licensed cannabis producer
based in Quebec. Before joining
Greentone, he was the senior
vice president of commercial for
Zenabis Global, which was later
acquired by Hexo Corp.
Before Zenabis, Vanderleeden
led business development as
an associate vice president at
Kwantlen Polytechnic University
in Surrey, British Columbia. This
work included the development
of relationships with key
cannabis industry stakeholders
and the management and
expansion of Canada's first
university cannabis curriculum.
iAnthus Board Member
Paterson Resigns
Multistate operator iAnthus
Capital Holdings announced
the resignation of John
Paterson from its board of
directors. Paterson, a longtime
lawyer who currently owns a
diagnostic imaging company,
joined iAnthus in April 2023. The
company has yet to appoint a
replacement.
