Snap One recently introduced a new era
of products that includes a dozen Triad
soundbars that are designed to provide
high levels of audio performance and customization. The
soundbar lineup consists of 12 models across four series,
with each series off ering three channel confi gurations,
depending on the needs
of the project: Threechannel,
two-channel,
or one-channel.
Additionally, the width
can be ordered in
1⁄8-inch increments up
to 86 inches.

It's a big year for Theory Audio,
Paul Hales' sister brand to Pro
Audio Technology. At InfoComm
2023, Theory Professional debuted with a product mix that
included a small stable of high-utility loudspeakers, subwoofers,
and amplifi ed loudspeaker controllers. The Theory
line now includes in-ceiling,
in-wall, and mountable
speakers, pendants, soundbars,
subwoofers, plus loudspeaker
controllers. Theory
is scheduled to release
all-weather options in the
second half of 2023.

MSE Audio brand SoundTube Entertainment unveiled its latest
audio innovation in the form of the XT850-LED, a 2-way
outdoor system with a weatherproof fi ve-position tap switch
for 25/70/100-volt applications. The
full-range audio speaker combines LED
landscape lighting with the company's
signature audio technology. SoundTube
says the IP55-rated ruggedized speakers
are also UV-, scratch-, chlorine-, and
weather-resistant.

Trinnov Audio has announced that
following the successful fi rst public
demonstration of WaveForming at
250 & 300
the 2023 ISE show in Barcelona, multiple partners
are incorporating the technology in their respective
demonstration systems on a global basis. WaveForming
is said to capture a
representation of the 3D
acoustic fi eld in the listening
area, and its algorithm
utilizes the subwoofers
to both steer and actively
absorb low frequencies.
Bluesound Professional highlighted its new BCS250 and
BCS300 in-ceiling loudspeakers at the recent InfoComm
2023 event. Featuring fl ush-mount designs, the BCS250 is
a passive loudspeaker design and the BCS300 is an active
PoE-based model. An optional
Pendant Kit in black or white
fi nish is available for the UL 2043
plenum-rated speakers. Bluesound
Professional says the speakers can
be deployed in a range of commercial/resimercial
applications.
