together a dedicated team
early on to monitor the
situation globally and make
necessary changes to our
business to keep our facilities
running and continue serving
customers. ADI quickly made
modifications in all locations,
like implementing curbside
pick-up, to minimize interactions
and ensure customers
could safely continue to
access essential goods. We
implemented numerous
safety measures and protocols
across ADI's 200+ sites
around the globe including
the necessary PPE, plexiglass
shields at sales counters,
hand sanitizing stations,
social distancing markers,
employee daily assessments
and cleaning protocols. We
increased communications
to our customers during this
time and created a dedicated
page on our site where they
could find real-time updates
for their local branch, and
learn about some of the relief
and loan programs available
to them. During this time, we
focused on service offerings
that matched the " new way "
that people were working,
whether from home or with
contactless transactions,
including paperless billing,
extended return policies, online
returns, flat rate shipping
options and more.
We also gained many new
customers during this time
that turned to us for our immediate
product availability,
and the services we provide
to them. We continue to
make significant investment
in our online Digital Branch.
We saw a significant uptick
in the number of customers
using our Digital Branch
