ALLEGION U.S., a popular security products and solutions
provider, has introduced the Schlage XE360 Series Wireless
Locks, an electronic lock portfolio designed with multifamily
market needs in mind.
The XE360 Series of electronic locks from Schlage are
outfi tted with the options and features most looked for
by multifamily properties and made to fi t the demands of a
wide range of common area openings.
Allegion U.S. points out that its new line off ers property
owners a choice of in-demand fi nishes and modern lever
styles to complement a variety of design styles. The locks
operate in an offl ine or No-Tour environment, which eliminates
the need for property managers to visit the lock as
credentials update the access rights.

The XE360 Series supports the latest mobile credential

Additionally, Schlage's new FleX Module board allows
the XE360 Series locks to be easily upgraded in the fi eld to
allow migration from an offl ine to networked solution and
adapt to emerging trends in security and connectivity as the
building's needs or technology change.

sizeable equity investment
for home security manufacturer

according to a statement.

systems, such as plumbing,
electricity and HVAC, according
to the company.
The platform also delivers
