Home, expertly designed by
Audio Impact, offers
stunning ocean views from
its infinity pool, complemented
by an advanced
automation system controlled
via a custom-made
app. This app seamlessly
manages lighting, motorized
shades, TVs, music, pool,
spa, fireplaces, garage doors,
motorized gates, cameras,
alarms, and a theater.
What makes this home
truly special is the balance
between cutting-edge
technology and minimalist
design, with technology
hidden to highlight the
home's warm, nature-inspired
aesthetic. The home
serves as both a relaxing spa
retreat and a full-featured
entertainment hub.
Audio Impact faced the
challenge of hiding all the
technology, especially with
the floor-to-ceiling glass
windows and motorized
doors. The motorized
shades had to be concealed
in custom pockets,
emphasizing the beachside
atmosphere and helping
the client escape daily
stresses. In the master
bedroom, custom brackets
were designed for corner
shades to ensure complete
light blockage. This
attention to detail allowed
the home to maintain its
minimalist feel while offering
full control over the
environment.
The centerpiece of the
home is the fully soundproof
DCI commercial theater in
the basement, designed by
Audio Impact. It features

a state-of-the-art laser
projector and a 220-inch "
motorized masking screen.
The theater is equipped
with motorized chairs, a star
ceiling, and color-changing
lights, offering an immersive
movie experience. Despite
the residential space
constraints, Audio Impact installed
the 198lb projector in
a closet behind the theater,
using port glass and detailed
calibration to optimize its
performance. This setup
ensured efficient cooling and
soundproofing, allowing for
silent projector operation.
Throughout the home,
smart technology is seamlessly
integrated. Hidden
speakers, art-mode TVs, and
custom-programmed lighting
ensure the space remains
serene. With the touch of a
