Achievement
Award & Fellow
Recipients
Rich Green and Michael Cogbill have
been recognized by the association
with the Lifetime Achievement Award
and 2024 CEDIA Fellow positions,

EVERY YEAR at CEDIA
Expo, CEDIA likes to honor
some spectacular players
in the custom integration
industry through its Lifetime
Achievement Awards and
CEDIA Fellows honors.
Adding to its illustrious
list of recipients, CEDIA
recognized Rich Green will
be recognized for his contributions
to the channel.
Additionally, the association
honored Michael Cogbill as
a 2024 CEDIA Fellow.
Having been a professional
of the AV since 1978, Green
has run Rich Green Design
out of Silicon Valley, racking
up quite the prestigious list
of clients. They have included
Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison, Tony
Fadell, Jim Clark, Gordon
Getty, Rush Limbaugh,
Michael Tilson Thomas, and
Luciano Pavarotti.

recognition, but the true joy
comes from reflecting on
the hundreds of friends and
colleagues I've met over the
past 32 years with CEDIA, "

Green travels the world
as an instructor, consultant,
and public speaker in the
fields of Future Technologies
and Design.

the past 30+ years, he has
dedicated hundreds of
hours to creating and delivering
courses for CEDIA,
chaired several committees,
and served as a CEDIA
board member, " comments

Cogbill's 2024 CEDIA
Fellow honor represents a
group of individuals who have
helped shape the industry
and significantly contribute
to the association's success.
His professional career
spans over 45 years as an
engineer, manager, and
entrepreneur, leading him to
be recognized internationally
in the field of home automation
and integrated systems.
From 2006 through early
2020, he served as chief
engineer for ETC, a leading
integrator in south Florida.
He later introduced his own
company, REV2 Consulting,
providing home technology
expertise to owners, architects,
designers, and builders.
" Michael has dedicated
many years not only to
CEDIA but to the broader
industry, actively supporting
market growth and identifying
areas where change is
necessary, " explains Daryl
Friedman, Global President
and CEO of CEDIA.
