Smith
Lencore
Acoustics
recently announced
the
appointment of
David Smith as COO.
Smith has spent the past
nine years leading Lencore's
marketing and business strategy
functions. His experience
in architectural products and
building materials includes prior
marketing and strategy roles
at Schneider Electric, USG, and
Nudo Products.
In addition to continuing
responsibility for marketing,
Smith will now lead the company's
product engineering,
manufacturing, and customer
fulfillment functions.
Cuthbertson
Advanced
Systems Group
(ASG) this week
announced Tim
Cuthbertson
joined the company in
September as director of cloud
production.
Cuthbertson has worked in
the industry for more than 30
years. Most recently, he served
as managing director at Pixit
Media USA and principal partner
for STC Gear. Previously,
he managed post-production
business development for
Blackmagic Design and spent
more than nine years, including
two as CEO, at Fairlight.
Starin recently welcomed
Tyler Brebberman as director
of business development.
Originally from the Midwest,
Brebberman has spent the last
14 years working the U.S. and
Europe in the pro AV and ed
tech industries.
Starin also recently announced
the appointment of
Bill Reimer as the director of
sales. Reimer has been with
Starin for two years, where
he has served as business
development manager for the
East Coast.
In his new role, he will
oversee the growth and development
of Starin's inside and
outside sales teams.
Malik
MAXHUB
recently announced
the
appointment of
Sam Malik to the
position of senior director of
sales and marketing.
As senior director, Malik will
be responsible for MAXHUB
USA sales office and all sales
and marketing efforts, with a
focus on the professional AV
markets.
VuWall recently
announced Paul
Brooks as
Brooks
territory manager,
based in
London, England. Brooks is
responsible for implementing
the company's sales strategy
and expansion in the United
Kingdom and Ireland.
He has more than 20
years of experience in the AV
industry, with a strong focus
in mission-critical applications
and the control room market.
His experience spans across
various vertical markets including
government and defense,
corporate, utilities, oil and
gas, and emergency services.
3xLOGIC, Inc., recently
announced new staff appointments
in North America.
Galante
David Galante
is the new senior
director of
global product
management.
He and his team manage the
product roadmap for
Sonitrol, PAC & GDX, and
3xLOGIC.
Cannida
Chinnette
Cannida joins the
team as the senior
product marketing
manager for
North America. Cannida has 18
years of experience planning
and executing campaigns
focused on driving revenue,
increasing awareness, building
relationships and greater
customer engagement and
satisfaction.
PSA Appoints Matt Barnette as CEO Upon Retirement of Bill Bozeman

executive Matt Barnette will
assume the role of CEO upon
the retirement of Bill Bozeman,
who plans to leave the organization
in 2021 after more than
20 years at the helm.

control solutions for the
North America business unit
for HID Global and previously
held the role of president at
Mercury Security.

Barnette has more than
30 years of experience in
management and executive
roles in the physical security
industry. He joined Mercury
Security in June 2016.
After the sale of Mercury to
HID Global in October 2017,
Barnette maintained the operational
responsibility for Mercury
worldwide, in addition to
leading the HID Government
Solutions Business (PIV) and
the HID Global Accounts
organization.
