systems, maintaining tools and
equipment, and communicating with clients,
designers, other trades, other installers and
staff to provide the best AV solutions for client
needs, on time and within budget.

☐ Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE) -
The DSCE provides an umbrella or business
tool under which each digital signage project
resides.
☐ Digital Signage Display Expert (DSDE) -
The mandate of the DSDE program is for
the attendees to understand each display
technology and the key elements that can
be adjusted/calibrated in concert with one
another and relative to the environment in
which the displays exist.

- The DSNE explores the characteristics of
networks such as size and geography be it
a LAN or WAN, the hardware and types of
physical links and hardware that connect
the network, communication protocols (for

The DCME takes a look at the impact and relevance
of content and emphasizes the need
to begin by clearly articulating the objectives
and then shows how to combine objectives
and content to engage the viewer.

Sales Professional (DSSP) shows how to
