How a Bosch SMA works
When you purchase a DICENTIS Conference System, the
software maintenance is free for the first year as part of the initial
license purchase. Users can extend the SMA for one, two or five
years. It is highly recommended to purchase an SMA immediately
to guarantee the best-possible system performance in the future.
Today, most conference system functionality is software driven.
With continuously changing platforms and version
compatibility, regular updates are mission-critical when
connected to external networks. The SMA aligns all the system
software with its particular unit features, making sure that the
system as a whole is compatible with external Windows and
Android-driven applications. The SMA gives you the assurance
that the system is ready to handle new or additional functional
modules when released.
