Village Park Milton, located across
from Wills Park, is an extension of its
natural surroundings and maximizes
the picturesque views while embracing local culture and adjacencies
to outdoor venues. In addition to
elevating the senior living experience with an amenity-rich hospitality
environment, it allows the residents
to gracefully age-in-place.
The community is inspired by the
industrial farmhouse vernacular of
the region and is infused with the
local contemporary urban aesthetic.
Materials and patterns have been
repurposed into forms that express
today's influences while maintaining
a familiarity. Designed to maximize
views, varied opportunities for dining
and entertainment include Coffee
Bar, Grab-N-Go Bistro, and Chef-led
Dining Venue with enclosed terrace,
all offering indoor and al-fresco experiences. Entertainment and activities
abound in the Great Hall, family

lounge, movie theater, art room, fitness/rehabilitation center, juice bar,
clubroom, salon, library, and function
room with open-air terraces.
The Pocket Park concept ties in the
natural surroundings with the project
and maximizes the adjacency to Wills
Park. Community connectivity is
an over-arching theme, providing a
private space for residents in their
own community. Surrounded by an
enclave of cottages and bungalows,
the Pocket Park has wide walking
paths, lush landscaping, and a rustic
pavilion. Shade trees and seating areas
give residents multiple social spaces
throughout the Park. Each home
features modern farmhouse architectural styling with high ceilings, wellappointed kitchens and baths, large
closets, fireplace, and private garage.
Each also enjoys the full amenities,
services and security of Village Park
Milton, blending seamlessly into the
natural beauty of the landscape.
