Among those entrants is the Olson Kundig-designed Martin's Lane Winery in Kelowna, British Columbia, with a structure that follows the downhill slope of the vineyard, and the just-opened Le Dôme in Saint-Émilion, France, the brainchild of Foster + Partners.
