FireblockWall™
is a reusable, one-hour firerated
temporary wall system. It installs four
times faster than drywall with minimal labor,
and there is no taping, mudding, sanding,
painting, or clean-up required.
Given that the cleanliness and quietness of

challenge is for renovation projects to be
completed safer, faster, and with as little disruption
as possible to patient care and the
staff 's 24/7 work hours. FireblockWall delivers
protection from airborne construction
dust, noise reduction, and the elimination
of construction debris and waste removal
required upon job completion.
FireblockWall promotes easy air management
via negative air panels, preventing dust
contamination. If temperatures exceed 165
degrees, the damper automatically closes.
By removing the inspection cycles and
the requirements of on-site stick-built
construction, contractors and facilities
managers are able to expedite the installation
and take-down of temporary containment,
removing weeks from their program schedules
in the process. The highly durable wall
panels ensure the system can be reused
dozens of times. It meets ASTM E119, ASTM
E84, NFPA 241, and IBC requirements-as
well as ICRA Class IV and V guidelines.
