Judges pay tribute to this year's winners Best Overall Bath | " Small But Mighty " BEST OVERALL BATH JAQUE BETHKE JAQUE Scottsdale, Ariz. Arizona Chapter Photo credit: Phil Johnson/Provisuals Media " The design element Bethke incorporated that was extremely unique was attention to details in terms of shapes. For example, she had rectangular tiles on the walls in the wet room, and the niches she created on those walls were in the same shape as the rectangular tiles. Additionally, she used the space creatively. The bath was tricky; a shoebox shape. By tinting the glass panels that separated the wet room from the rest of the bath, she helped visually expand the width of the room. The design had a powerful visual appeal, and Bethke also really knows how to work with textures and shapes - such as the floating vanity; the large mirror; and the soft, glowing and elegant off-centered light fixture.
