P/Kaufmann Contract launched several new products in
2024, including a collaboration with KNYTLAB by Andrew
Thomas Morgan. The partnership brings luxury knit
products like pillows, throws, bed wraps, and headboard
covers made from 100 percent recycled polyester to
hospitality spaces. Another addition is the Touchpoint collection, a PFAS-free upholstery fabric line
offering 21 designs and 158 SKUs, featuring enhanced finishes for cruise ships and moisture barrier
options for streamlined specifications and reduced lead times.
Also on the sustainability front, P/Kaufmann completed its transition to a PFAS-free product line in 2024,
making it the standard across all divisions. The KNYTLAB collection showcases sustainable luxury
bedding made from recycled plastic, emphasizing circularity in textile products. The company also
provides resources to help clients navigate PFAS regulations.

connections, and contributing to the development of future hospitality leaders.
Richloom Contract recently launched the Perform
2 collection, a follow-up outdoor collection where
timeless elegance meets enduring durability to
create the perfect ambiance for hospitality outdoor
spaces. The collection features an exquisite array
of fabrics designed to brave the elements while
providing unparalleled comfort and style. Ideal for lively, sun-kissed poolside retreats or dynamic,
starlit restaurant terraces, the collection includes performance velvets, ethereal sheers, and
captivating prints. The 16 patterns, presented in 42 stunning colors, fit into three trends: Tropical
Chic, Verdant Harbor, and Desert Oasis.
Tarkett Hospitality recently introduced the Sculpted
Silhouettes custom carpet collection, designed to create
serene spaces with a touch of quiet luxury. Inspired
by the fluidity of fabric, the collection features elegant
patterns in tufted broadloom, woven Axminster, and
hand-tufted area rugs that flow with line and curve. Emphasizing circularity, Tarkett integrates Cradle
to Cradle principles across its portfolio, and with the ReStart take-back program, the company offers
sustainable solutions by recycling flooring at the end of its lifecycle. In recognition of its sustainability
efforts, Tarkett earned a Platinum ranking from EcoVadis, placing it among the top 1 percent of over
130,000 companies assessed worldwide. As part of its ongoing initiatives, Tarkett partnered with biotech
startup Mycocycle to transform old flooring into new biobased materials through mushroom-based
waste breakdown, supporting the transition to a circular economy.
