CHAPTER HIGHLIGHTS
Las Vegas
The chapter's first-annual bowling fundraiser was a hit! With stellar sponsors and more than one hundred attendees, it raised more than $22,000 for its student scholarships.
Red Rock's VIP Bowling Suites showed off 1950s flair, complete with a classic " Mad Men " desk for check-in, where board members played the role of secretaries. The Old
Time Candy Bar, brimming with 1950s sweets and a vintage TV with antennas, whisked guests back to their childhoods as they filled their bags. Players donned red vintage
bowling shirts, while other guests sported their own creative '50s outfits. The private lanes were adorned with themed music and 1950s memorabilia, including red carnations
in Coca-Cola bottles atop genuine 45 vinyl records. Classic Americana cuisine was accompanied by a signature drink, The Daddy-O. The event also showcased wacky bowling
competitions like " bowl with your opposite hand, " which earned winners gold pin statues and glass cherry figures.

Sunshine
The chapter celebrates the success of the NEWH Regional Tradeshow in Orlando at the
Rosen Centre Hotel in April and the Top Golf Membership Drive in May. The NEWH Regional
Tradeshow brought attendees its innovative displays and dynamic interactions, fostering
valuable connections within the hospitality sector. The membership drive, attended by
110 people, created a buzz with its engaging format, bringing together professionals in a
relaxed yet energizing environment. Both events were marked by their excellent networking
opportunities, providing a platform for meaningful collaborations and professional growth.
The chapter also hosts its Sunset Social networking event, held the second Wednesday of each
month, that further enhances opportunities for industry connections and engagement. The
enthusiastic participation and high energy at each gathering underscores their impact.
