A MESSAGE FROM THE NEWH, INC. PRESIDENT
s we reflect on 2024, we are grateful for the growth, achievements, and milestones we have reached at NEWH. The
year marked 40 years of supporting our industry and honoring our mission of providing scholarships to deserving
students. We have achieved a remarkable $9+ million in scholarship awards to date. Our gratitude extends to all who
support us through sponsorships, attendance at our events, and volunteer efforts within our chapters and executive boards.
This year, we are excited to offer even more to the hospitality industry with dynamic events designed to educate, provide
business development opportunities, and facilitate quality networking with top professionals in our field.

The highlight of these events will be our inaugural Paris version of the NEWH Leadership Conference
on June 23rd, hosted at the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy hotel. The dynamic program will feature
opportunities to hear from key industry influencers as they discuss emerging trends, hot topics, and
strategies for success within the global hospitality community. Attendees can expect a variety of
sessions offering valuable insights and innovative ideas. Of course, there will be ample time to connect
with fellow attendees and engage directly with the event's esteemed speakers. Don't miss this very

Throughout the year, our chapters will be hosting exciting events to enhance your hospitality
experience and provide valuable opportunities to network with both new and familiar faces.
The year would not be complete without our highly anticipated NEWH Regional Tradeshows. We
are excited to announce that four exceptional events are already on the calendar, promising great
opportunities for networking, learning, and showcasing innovative products.

I am incredibly enthusiastic about everything NEWH is doing to support our industry. We are continually looking for new and
better ways to enhance our existing programs. Last year we launched Marthas Mentors with 10 mentor-mentee pairs, and the
feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The testimonials were glowing! Building on that success, we are currently matching
this year's mentors and mentees, with high hopes that we will share similar enriching experiences.
