Stone Takes Allegion President
& CEO Reins for Retiring Petratis

DUBLIN - Allegion
announces that John
Stone will succeed David
Petratis as president
and CEO, eff ective July
11, 2022. Stone will
also become a member
of the company's board
of directors at that time,
and Petratis will serve as
executive chairman until
his retirement, which is
expected by Jan. 2, 2023.
Petratis has led Allegion since its spin-off
from the former Ingersoll Rand in 2013,
capping off a 40-year career. During his
tenure, Allegion has achieved substantial
fi nancial and business success, doubling its
market capitalization and annual adjusted
earnings per share (EPS), delivering industry-leading
profi tability and completing
more than 20 acquisitions and strategic
investments, the company notes.
Allegion also recently received the Robert
W. Campbell award for its system of environmental,
health and safety management.

Stone brings to Allegion more than 18
years of senior leadership experience. Most
recently, he served as president of Deere &
Company's Worldwide Construction, Forestry
and Power Systems business, overseeing
the nearly $11.4 billion segment.
Under Stone's leadership, the segment has
said to have delivered impressive growth
and profi tability.
He has also been infl uential in Deere &
Company's rapid development of AI and
machine learning capabilities, better integration
of precision-ag technology into each
of its fl agship products and in helping the
company establish itself as a leader in technology,
according to the announcement.
Prior to Deere & Company, Stone was a
quality engineer at General Electric and an
infantry offi cer in the U.S. Army.

Morgan
Association
(CAA) 2022 Mark
Schubert Memorial Award winner at the
recent annual Palm Springs Convention.
Th e award, sponsored by ISC West, honors
individuals who demonstrate dedication
to the industry through volunteerism
within the CAA. Morgan's eff orts
throughout his time within the industry
have included volunteering as the CAA
Communications Chair over the past
six years, having worked closely with the

board and local chapters across the state.

demonstrated

and within the CAA have benefi tted from
his tireless eff orts and willingness to impart
his industry knowledge. Th e CAA

Morgan has managed marketing for
some of the nation's largest brands, including
Experian's FreeCreditReport.
com, United Online's NetZero, Adidas,
Profl owers and Guthy-Renker, according
to the announcement.
