Acadian Total Security (ATS) continues to
grow its recurring monthly revenue and added
over 2,000 accounts in the areas it serves, which
includes Baton Rouge and the surrounding region,
Southeast, South Central, and Southwest
Louisiana. The commercial division continues
to broaden ATS' footprint, while video hosting
has seen tremendous growth with implementation
of proactive hosting appliances.
ATS technicians averaged a 92% on-time
rating based on a 30-minute arrival window
and our monitoring centers responded to over
340,000 alarm signals throughout the past year.

Acadian's workplace environment is underscored
by the five-year average tenure of employees
and the average length of employment
among management staff being 11.8 years.
ATS has several employees with 10, 15, 20 and
30 years of employment in its division.
The company helped its community by collecting
trash at quarterly beautification events,
volunteered for the United Way's Day of Action,
and helped the Love of People organization prepare
and distribute 3,000 Thanksgiving meals.
Also, Acadian came to the aid of its Southern
U.S. neighbors by deploying ambulances and
first responders in Florida during Hurricane
Ian, and to give medical aid to deadly tornado
victims in North Louisiana. Acadian also donated
six AEDs to Nashville families in need.
