Bates Security notes that what sets it apart is
the last and continuous stage of its proven process,
the customer experience. Many security

after implementing the system, but Bates says
this is where the customer experience truly begins.
Once a system has been installed, the team
makes sure customers feel taken care of with any
of their security needs or questions. With a simple
call, text, or email to our customer service
team, Bates' team assists clients in many ways
such as remote service, onsite service or inspection,
additions, address changes, monitoring,
management, and Cloud support, as well as ongoing
training and general support.
The big reason Bates can provide exceptional
service to customers is due to its team, the
company enthuses. One of its core focuses is
building a great company while enabling personal
success, which it does by hiring the right
people for the right seat and making sure their

Community involvement is something Bates
Security takes pride in. After three law enforcement
officers and a K9 unit were killed and
others injured in the line of duty, employees
donated nearly $7,000 to the local Fallen Heroes
organization and Bates Security matched
that donation. Also, following historic statewide
flooding that left 450 people homeless
and nearly 40 dead, Bates collected several
truckloads of supply donations and contributed
almost $7,000 to the Eastern Kentucky
Flood Relief Fund.
